This Privacy Policy explains how Damron Labs LLC (“Damron Labs”) collects, uses, and protects personal information.
We collect name, email address, hashed passwords, and user-stored setup information.
Payments are processed through Shopify; we do not store payment card information.
California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA including access, deletion, and correction.
Children under 18 are not permitted to use the website.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

We collect personal information such as name, email address, shipping address, and order details to fulfill purchases and provide customer support.
We do not store credit card numbers.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We share certain customer information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our store and serving customers. These providers are only permitted to use your data to perform services on our behalf.

  • Shopify — e-commerce platform and payment processing (shop.damronlabs.com)
  • Judge.me — product review functionality. When you purchase from us, your name, email address, and order information may be shared with Judge.me to send review request emails and collect and display product reviews. Judge.me acts as a sub-processor of your personal data on our behalf. See their privacy policy at judge.me/privacy.

California residents have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the website and services operated by Damron Labs LLC (“Damron Labs”). Users must be at least 18 years old and are responsible for account security. Passwords are stored in hashed form. Stored setup information is provided at the user’s own risk. Products are measurement accessories only. Payments are processed through Shopify. Products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty. No user-generated content other than setup names and numbers are permitted. We reserve the right to remove any setup name deemed inappropriate.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing or using the Product, you acknowledge that use of measurement tools and instrument accessories involves inherent risks, including potential damage to instruments or property if used improperly. You assume full responsibility for the use of the Product.

Warranty

PRODUCT SCOPE

This Limited Warranty applies to the guitar and bass guitar measurement clamp system (the “Product”) sold by Damron Labs LLC (“Damron Labs”).
The Product is intended for use with 6 string electric guitars, acoustic guitars, and 4 string bass guitars only.

LIMITED WARRANTY (90 DAYS)

Damron Labs LLC warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase.
At its discretion, the Product will be repaired or replaced. No refunds will be given.  All purchases are final.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, overtightening, improper installation, damage to instruments or finishes, damage to property, normal wear and tear, or consumable items including batteries.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Damron Labs LLC shall not be liable for any damage to instruments, equipment, property, or persons.
Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

STATE LAW RIGHTS

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Other rights may vary by state.
California law may provide additional protections and certain limitations may not apply.

GOVERNING LAW

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Product Safety - DL Action Finder

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

The DL Action Finder contains small parts (including a small battery) that may present a choking and/or material hazard to small children.  Keep out of reach of children under 5 years old.  

The DL Action Finder contains lubricants to enhance product movements.  If product lubricant gets on your hands, wash with soap and water.  If the product’s lubricant appears on your instrument, wipe off immediately to avoid damage.

The DL Action Finder uses natural cork, which may contain sharp pieces and/or retain moisture.  Before attaching to your instrument, feel the tool’s cork pads with your finger to ensure a smooth, and dry surface.
